Ronald Puckett

PUCKETT, Ronald Lloyd - Age 78, of Fenton, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023.  Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, April 28, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton (A live stream of the service will be available on Ronald's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Pastor Marty Shouse officiating.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 5-7 PM.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or Adopt-A-Pet.

Ronald was born July 30, 1944 in Pontiac, the son of Marvie and Eva (Harmon) Puckett.  He was a 1962 graduate of Waterford Kettering High School.  He married Linda Rose Starr November 2, 1969 in Pontiac and she preceded him in death November 23, 1999.  He retired in 1998 from I.B.E.W. Local 58 as an electrician.  Ronald had resided in Fenton for the past 50 years coming from Waterford.  He enjoyed fishing and mud drag racing.

Surviving are: son, James Puckett of Fenton; and daughter, Lea Puckett (Bradford Tompor) of Fenton.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, Marvie and Eva Puckett.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
