Joan Hale

Hale, Joan Susan 79 of Argentine township MI. went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, January 14 surrounded by her loving family at the Hospice House of Shiawassee County. Joan was born in Detroit Michigan on October 2, 1940 to Melvin and Mary Dixon. At the age of 16 she fell in love and married Donald Hale of Dearborn Heights and for nearly 63 years of wedded bliss, they have raised five sons, 13 grand children and seven great-grandchildren. Over 30 years ago, she claimed victory over death when she accepted and loved Jesus and that victory is being celebrated in heaven. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday, January 17, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation 2PM - 4PM and 6PM - 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Rev. Brian D. Hale and Rev. Mark A. Hale officiating. Interment at Grand Lawn Cemetery, Detroit. Those desiring may make contributions to Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
