Zoe Ann Schmidt

SCHMIDT, Zoe Ann  Age 45, of Swartz Creek, died Monday, November 22, 2004 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, November 26, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will be held at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday and 5-9 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Zoe Ann Schmidt Memorial Fund for her childrens education. Zoe was born April 22, 1959 in Flint, the daughter of William B. and Mary Ann (Konoski) Schmidt. She was employed by Swartz Creek Community Schools where she was a Special Education Aide at Dieck Elementary School. Zoe was and avid reader and a loving mother. Surviving are: loving companion, Ken Voakes; two children, Mynette and August; father, William B. Schmidt; siblings, Debra Starkey, Dawn and husband, Alan DeBuck, Donald Schmidt, Benny Schmidt and wife, Kim; Kens parents, Ken and Sally Voakes; Kens siblings, Joyce and husband, Blair Samuelson, William Voakes and wife, Brenda, Joe Voakes and wife, Karen, Jim Voakes and wife, Andrea; special niece, Erica Starkey; many other nieces and nephews.
