MOONEY, Wilma Violet - age 91, of Burton, died Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Briarwood. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Great Lakes Baptist Temple, 2112 E. Maple Ave., Burton with Pastor David Chittenden officiating. Interment will be held Monday at Crestwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Thursday and 2-4 and 5-8 PM Friday at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the family. Mrs. Mooney was born October 4, 1922 in Tolstoy, SD, the daughter of Jacob A. and Katie (Stotz) Wolff. She married Robert Mooney, Jr. on March 6, 1944 and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2005. Surviving are: three children, Robert Barry Mooney III of Flint, Ronald Patrick Mooney of Burton, Jeri Sue Grunwell of Burton; three grandchildren, Seth Mooney, Jared Mooney, and Dara (James) Frank; brother, Larry (Bonnie) Wolff of IA.
