WILSON, William Francis Jr. -- Age 75, of Byron, died January 31, 2011 at Genesys Hospice Care Center in Goodrich. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, February 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Gaines, Fr. Robert McKeon. Interment in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, with a Knights of Colombus service and parish vigil service at 7 PM Monday; visitation will be from 10 AM until time of mass Tuesday at church. Mr. Wilson was born August 26, 1935 in Flint the son of William Francis Wilson and Florence Olivia (Kettmann) Wilson. He was a 1955 graduate of Mt. Morris High School and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Gaines, and the Knights of Colombus 12186. Survivng are brother Robert Wilson of Paulden, AZ; and other relatives, friends and church family.
