William L. Wilson

WILSON, William L. - age 54, of Linden, died Saturday, December 4, 2010. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Tyrone Covenant Presbyterian Church, 10235 White Lake Rd., Fenton with Pastor James Mascow officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of service Wednesday at the church. Mr. Wilson was born June 16, 1956 in Flint. Mr. Wilson was a Drum Major at Fenton High School and the Michigan State University Marching Band. He retired from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources where he was a State Park Officer. Mr. Wilson loved music and was a self-taught organ player. He was an avid hunter and loved wildlife. Mr. Wilson was active in the Fenton High School Swimming Program and was a deacon at Tyrone Covenant Presbyterian Church. Surviving are: brother, Dan Hart; niece, Keri Hart of Flint; close friends, Laurie, Nicholas and Summer Baldwin. His grandmother, Bertha Runyan, preceded him in death.
