WILLIAMS, William Laurence - Age 80, of Gaines, died Wednesday, April 19, 2017. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday May 13 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 9 AM until the time of service on Saturday May 13 at the funeral home. William was born July 11, 1936 in Flint, the son of Lawrence and Geneva (Cunningham) Williams. He married Charlotte Barette on January 25, 1958 in Flint. He was employed at Chevrolet as a Press Operator retiring in 1999, with 43 years of services. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; sons, Alexander Williams of Gaines, Richard (Tracy) Williams of Fenton, Charles (Laura) Williams of Gaines; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother, Robert Williams of Flint.
