TRUDGEN, William G. Â Age 84, of Davison, died Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at Avalon Hospice Center. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Rd. Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Dr. Jerry Pitman officiating. Cremation rites will follow the service. Visitation will be held Friday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral homes. Mr. Trudgen was born April 7, 1921 in Salem, OR, the son of William John and Carrie Alma (Gibson) Trudgen. Mr. Trudgen was a veteran of World War II and retired from General Motors in 1980 after 30 years of service. He had an enormous thirst for knowledge, including computer technology. Â He also enjoyed travel and woodworking. Surviving are: daughter, Pamela C. Insalaco of Flint; three grandchildren, James Insalaco of Flint, Kathleen R. Young of Holt, Kristeen Mondoskin of Holt; great-grandchildren, Kurtis, Kelvin, Jessica, Johnathan; four step-daughters, Judith (Thomas) Clark of Flint, Cynthia LaFleur of Owosso, Linda Clark of OR, Deborah Fleming of CA; daughter-in-law, Patricia Trudgen of Haslett; step-grandchildren, Shane, Ryan, Mark, Matthew, Jacob, Nicholas. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth; second wife, Dorothy; son, Roger; parents; two brothers, Wendell and Lester.
