William Sprague

SPRAGUE, William George - age 72, of Lennon, died November 2, 2021. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, MI 48473 with Rev. Paul Thomas officiating. A Masonic Memorial Service will follow the funeral under the auspices of North Newburg Lodge #161 F & AM. Visitation will be held 11 AM - 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Bill was born September 30, 1949 in Durand, the son of Richard Eugene and Beverly Rose (Judson) Sprague. He married Linda Swartz on July 27, 1968. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from General Motors. Bill was a Past Master of North Newburg Lodge #161 F & AM, active in the Scottish Rite and the York Rite. He enjoyed golfing and traveling. Surviving are: wife, Linda; son, Jonathon (Kelly) Sprague; grandson, Henry Sprague; brothers, Richard (Terri) Sprague and James (Debra) Sprague; mother-in-law, Wilma Swartz; brother-in-law, Larry Swartz.
