SAGADY, William R. -- Age 79, of Flint, died April 12, 2012 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Monday, April 16 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek Pastor Walt Rose officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be 3-8 PM Saturday and Sunday. Bill was born February 16, 1933 in Saginaw County the son of Julian and Anna. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Mary (Harris) Cooper on December 29, 1978. He retired from Fisher Body Coldwater Road. Surviving are: wife of 33 years, Mary; four daughters, Rhonda and husband Charlie of Otisville, Teresa and husband Tim Maxwell of Florida, Sandra and husband Patrick Crenshaw of Birch Run, Vickie and husband Robert Schumaker of Clio; three step-daughters, Peggy and husband David Schwabauer of Swartz Creek, Sharon and husband John Richard of Ohio, Susan Cooper of Missouri; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty and husband Joe Lyons of Gaines, Rose and husband Leroy Buckle of Durand; several nieces and nephews.
