William Hoffman

HOFFMAN, William, age 88, of Fenton, died Sunday, January 14, 2007 at Crestmont Healthcare Facility. Funeral Services will be held 2PM Thursday, January 18, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Rev. Don Neuville officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be 12PM Thursday until the time of service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the family. William was born March 7, 1918 the son of Edward and Lelah (Brockway) Hoffman. He was a huge Tiger baseball fan, loved music, and really enjoyed being around his family. Surviving are his sister-in-law, Gladys Hoffman; nephews and nieces, Doug (Janet) Hoffman, Carol (Jerry) Austin, Helen (Scott) Poinsett, Frank (Sherry)Hoffman, Dolly (George)Patterson, Betty (Steve) Timbs, Sally Jacobs, Kathy (Dennis)Covell, Donna (George) Ochoa, Fred (Sherry) Hoffman. He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers, Delbert and Howard Hoffman; nephew, Dave Hoffman; niece, Linda Almond.
