GROSSKLAUS Jr.,  William (Bill) Marvin, age 62 of Burton, died at Genesys Health Park, Friday, September 1, 2006. He was born in Flint on June 12, 1944 the son of William and Phyllis (Hetzel) Grossklaus.  He was a lifelong resident of the area where he had retired from Michigan Bell Telephone as a Skilled Technician.  Afterward he worked for McLeod.USA. in the same capacity.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving in Korean conflict.  William was a member of the F.O.E. Aerie 3814 in Burton.  He enjoyed the out of doors, especially boating, golfing, bowling and Nascar racing.  Surviving is his daughter; Tisha Grossklaus of Burton, his son, Michael (Kara) Grossklaus of Manhattan, NYC.  Also surviving are grandsons; Tyler and Eric; 2 sisters;  Judy Ann (Colin) Lewis in Australia, Gloria (Al) Burns  of Houghton Lake; 2 brothers;  Roger Grossklaus of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Timothy (Rebecca Williams) Grossklaus of Grosse Ile and several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunt Myrtice Grossklaus.  Cremation rites have taken place with burial of cremated remains to take place at the Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly.  A celebration of life service will be 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd.
