William Griswold

GRISWOLD, William L. - Age 84, of Linden, passed away July 13, 2022. A memorial dinner will be held 5 PM Friday, August 12, 2022 at Pine Ridge Community Center, 9348 Silver Lake Rd., Linden. William was born August 25, 1937 in Fenton, the son of Ralph and Dorothy (Chapman) Griswold. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from Buick where he was an Electrician for many years. William was born and raised in Fenton, then following retirement moved to Florida. He loved playing and watching baseball. Surviving are his children, Teresa, Thomas (Connie), Steven, Scott (Jackie), Buddy (Jordan); step-children Tracy Piazza and Terry Piazza;  grandchildren, Jennifer, Scotty, Christopher, Ashley, Natasha, Skylar and Charles; several great-grandchildren; sister, Myrna. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bettylou; step-daughter, Tricia Hedrick; sister, Beverly and brother, Don. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
