William Buet DAUNT, SR.

DAUNT, William Buet, Sr. - Age 61, of Flint, died Saturday, December 3, 2011. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Pastor Paul Kleindl officiating. Burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 5-9 and Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the William B. Daunt, Sr. Memorial Fund. William was born December 10, 1949 in Wyandotte, the son of William James Daunt, Jr and Neola Mae McCreight. He was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the U.S. Navy. William married Beatrice Marie Shedd January 21, 2011 in Goodrich. He enjoyed doing video reproduction. Surviving are: wife, Beatrice "Bea"; 2 sons, Donald Daunt and wife Carrie of Flint and William Buet, Jr and Katie Follo of Grand Blanc; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Shawn, Bethany, Eric and Lilly; mother, Neola M. Daunt of Flint; sister, Cheryl Campbell and husband Al of Waterford; several nieces and nephews.
