COOPER, William Claude - age 80, of Swartz Creek, passed away May 17, 2021. Funeral Services 11AM Monday May 24, 2021 at Cornerstone Baptist Church 6273 Miller Road Swartz Creek. Pastor Aaron Whitman officiating. Visitation 2PM-8 PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek and 10 AM until the time of service Monday at Church. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial Contributions would be appreciated to ALS Association or American Diabetes Association.

William was born February 21, 1941, the son of Claude and Ethel Mary (Hayes) Cooper. He married Constance LaBrecque in Linden December 28, 1974. He was employed as a Repairman with GM for 30 years retiring May 25, 1991. William was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church where he served as an Usher and Sunday School Bus Driver for 21 years. He loved to read his Bible daily. William dearly loved his wife, children, and grandchildren.

William is survived by: wife, Connie; children, Carrene Cooper, and Brecque (Brian) Forgie; grandchildren, Ashlie (Andrew) Turner, Jazzmen (Robert) Parks, Haley Cooper, Karrisa Cooper, Austin Forgie; Sydnie Cooper; great grand daughter, Alyanna Turner.

William was preceded in death by: his parents; daughter, Renee Cooper. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
