HAMZE, Mrs. Wasila S. - Age 98, of Holly, died Thursday, February 8, 2007 at Crestmont in Fenton . Funeral service will be held 1PM Monday, February 12, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton Sheik David Jawhari officiating with burial in Lakeside Cemetery in Holly. Visitation will be held from 6-9PM Saturday and 9AM-9PM Sunday. Contributions may be made to the Druze Orphanage, Abbey/Lebanon. Mrs. Hamze was born August 28, 1908 in Beirut, Lebanon. She'd lived in Holly area for the last 37 years. She married Daoud Hamze and he preceded her in death March 10, 1979. She is survived by 4 children, Nabiha, and husband Nasibj 'Sam' Sefa of Fenton, Samia D. and husband Aref Gharzeddine of Sterling Heights, Leyla D. and husband Adel Hamady of Fenton and David W. Hamze of Holly; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her son Kamal D. Hamze.
