Warren Neil LANE

LANE, Warren Neil, Sr. - Age 80, of Flint, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at a later date. Warren was born May 28, 1929 in Black Oak, AR, the son of John Thomas, Sr. and Lois Estelle (Stephens) Lane. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He married Marcia Ann Yund June 29, 1974 in Flint. Warren owned and operated Sevick Sign Company and Lane Enterprises, LTD. He was a member of the Flint Finman and was a avid fisherman. Surviving are wife, Marcia; 4 children, Lila J. Lane of Florida, Warren Neil Lane, Jr. and wife Lisa of Georgia, David Thomas Lane and wife Gerda of Florida, Mark Roger Stanke of Colorado; 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; 2 brothers, John Thomas Lane Jr. of Nevada and Louis Allen Lane and wife Mary Lou of Florida; 2 sisters, Iola Jones Lane of Missouri and Tommie A. Farrell of Florida; several nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Eloise Lane and Lila Lou Lane Ray.
