ANDERSEN, Warren Harding - Age 95, of Howell formerly of Fenton, died Monday, December 12, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, Linden. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Salvation Army. Warren was born July 19, 1921 in Howell, the son of Franklin and Blanche (Harford) Andersen. He married Sarah Elizabeth Crane October 4, 1941 in Howell and she preceded him in death November 11, 1992, he then married Florence Smith April 19, 1995. He had owned and operated Warren Andersen and Son Excavating and then was a Auctioneer for over 30 years. He served on the Board of Directors of the Livingston County Road Commission. Warren was a former member of Fenton United Methodist Church and a member of the Fenton Kiwanis Club. He loved to fly and owned his own plane, and he also traveled around the world. Surviving are: his wife, Florence; 3 children, Ronald and wife Pamela Andersen of Fenton, Ruth and husband Patrick Harrison of Naperville, IL, and Beverly and husband Peter Bryk of Grand Blanc; 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
