Wanda Jean Muehlbeck Alexander - Age 91, passed away September 3, 2020, peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was born June 17, 1929, in Detroit to the late Arthur Muehlbeck and Hazel Shelkey. Wanda graduated from Western High School in 1948 and attended Mott Community College later in life. She worked at General Motors early in her career and later retired from public education from both Beecher and Kearsley Schools after 30 years of service where she was also a Union Representative. Throughout her life she was a part of the community as a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader. Wanda enjoyed needlepoint, cross-stitch, traveling, calligraphy, painting, sewing, gardening and quilting. She loved to write and was very creative and had a wonderful imagination. In her well lived life time she has picked cotton, boot legged liquor, shot a deer and cleaned it, and ran a farm. Wanda was a colorful person, she made the best sweet tea and banana pudding in the world! One of her beautiful cross-stitching's won third place at the Genesee County Fair. She has won many awards throughout her life the one being the "Leadership and Delivering Community Educational Programs" from Mott Community College. Wanda is survived by her five children, Donna Arnold, Marsha Crawford, Kenneth Price, Laura (Frank) Lourenco, Darrin Alexander; grandchildren, Courtney Kish, Justin Arnold, Tim Arnold, Gabriella Arnold, Tyler Arnold, Megan (Bobby) Stubblefield, Jodie Arnold, Jamie Arnold, Hannah Arnold, Kenneth Jr., David, Hayden, and John; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Natalie Arnold; beloved cousin, Elaine (Bob) Ayers. She was much to early preceded in death by her daughter, Marsha Crawford; son-in-law, Gerald Arnold. Wanda is deeply loved, missed.... we will see you in heaven.
