Walter "Glen" Bulemore, age 105, longtime resident of Fenton, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2023. A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church located at 600 N. Adelaide Street, Fenton, Michigan. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM Tuesday at church until the time of service. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow at St. John Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Glen to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (600 N. Adelaide Street, Fenton, MI 48430).
He is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family
Walter Glen Bulemore was born on May 20, 1917 in Vernon, Michigan to the late Walter and Mildred (Peck) Bulemore. He served our country with the United States Army during World War II and was married to Mary Dooley on July 30, 1955 in Fenton, Michigan and they enjoyed 49 years of marriage before her passing in 2004. Glen received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Michigan and worked as a Field Representative for the Social Security Administration for 31 years before retiring in 1979. He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Bulemore was preceded in death by his parents. Wife; Mary. Brother; Dale Bulemore. Niece; Barbara Lawless. Nephew; James Bulemore.
