Viviano Cuevas, Jr.

CUEVAS, Viviano Pete Jr.  - Age 76, of Fenton, died Tuesday May 5, 2020. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Viviano was born April 9, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas, the son of  Viviano and Andrea (Zataraine) Cuevas. He married Peggy Joanne Dadovich in San Antonio, TX on December 6, 1973.  Viviano proudly served  his country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a green beret in the special forces, paratrooper division. He retired from General Motors Chevrolet metal Fabrication plant with 30 years of service. Viviano enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and camping. Surviving are: his wife of 46 years, Peggy Cuevas of Fenton; children, Uvanka Cuevas of Fenton, Viviano Cuevas III of Flint, Jason Cuevas of Fenton, Armando Cuevas of Grand Blanc, Scarlett Cuevas of Holly, Natiea Cuevas of Saginaw; 12 grandchildren, Shanna, Cheyenne, Donavin, Viviano IV, Selena, Antonio, Russell, Richard, Alejandro, Isabella, Luna and Carter. He is also survived by siblings, Lupe (Philip) Rangal, John Cuevas, Marie Cuevas, Patty Cuevas, Lucy Cuevas, Angie Baker, Donato Diaz, Joanne Diaz, Larry (Norma) Cuevas, Tony and Leah Palladeno and all their families; the Vallejo family in Ohio; mother-in-law, Bev Baby and family; brother-in-law Joe Roach; and all the nieces and nephews he leaves behind. He was preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Mary Cuevas; sisters, Vicky Cuevas and Eva Cuevas; niece, Tera Cuevas; and uncles, Jay and Frank Cuevas.
