Virginia J. ROBINSON

ROBINSON, Virginia J. - Age 70, of Swartz Creek, died Saturday, July 18, 2009 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Funeral service will be held 11AM Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor William Bramlet officiating. Visitation will be held 4-8PM Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Virginia was born in Pikeville, KY on September 14, 1938, the daughter of John V. and Susie Belle (Hollins) Coleman. She married Kermit Robinson on April 27, 1957 in Pikeville, KY. Mrs. Robinson was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Surviving are: husband, Kermit of Swartz Creek; 4 daughters, Barbara (Terry) Luick of Owosso, Debbie (Steve) Yeo of Mt. Morris, Rhonda (John) Vanover of Gaines; Melinda (Brad) Pickler of Durand; 8 grandchildren, Trista (Jason), Melissa (Smith), Jennifer (Alex), Heather, Rebecca, Jennifer, Haylee, Harley; 5 great-grandchildren, Natalie, Zachary, Trenton, Breana, Makailee; 2 brothers, Roger Coleman and Arthur Coleman; 2 sisters, Pat Hall and Kay Hayes.
