RICE, Virginia Irene (Dee Dee) - Age 86, of Holly, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2022. Committal Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2022 at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Rd., Holly. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes Fenton Chapel 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton.

Dee Dee was born November 23, 1935 in Ligonier, PA, the daughter of Walter Grant and Jennie Ruth (Roddy) Clark Sr. She married Earl Rice in Winchester, VA September 24, 1956. Dee Dee was a homemaker who loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Big Brother, and listening to Dwight Yoakam. She also enjoyed playing bingo, bird watching, fishing, and Morel hunting.

Dee Dee is survived by: daughters, Connie (Tom) Wolf, and Barbara Rice; grandchildren, William Howe, Jill Howe, Jennifer (Josh) Grady, and Jessica (Greg) Marion; great grandchildren, Lilly Howe, Brentley Baldwin, Liam Marion, Iris Marion, and Lydia Grady; siblings, Helen Shaulis, Tom Clark, Barry Clark, and several nieces and nephews.
