Virginia Burgess

BURGESS, Virginia L.- Age 84 of Howell formerly of Jackson, died March 8, 2016. Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date. Virginia was born on December 1, 1931 in Flint the daughter of Howard and Vitaleen (Landry) Robinson. She was a 1949 graduate of Mary Crapo High School. She married Merwin Burgess April 28, 1983 and he preceded her in death on June 7, 2006. She retired from GMSPO after 30 years of service. Virginia is survived by stepchildren, Michael (Michelle) Burgess, Cindy (Steve) Watson, Mark (Paulie) Burgess, and Mitchell Burgess all of Jackson; several step grandchildren; siblings, Paula McDonald of Florida, James Robinson of Lake City, Marie Ketzler (Peter) of Howell, and Kenneth Robinson (Ana) of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
