Virginia Brohn

BROHN, Virginia Faith - age 77, of Linden, passed away Friday, February 28, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Visitation will be 2:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday. Interment will take place in the spring at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.

Virginia was born December 31, 1942 in Flint, the daughter of David and Helen (McBroom) Hays. She married James W. Brohn in Flint, on February 8, 1964. Virginia was a graduate of Mandeville High School. She was employed as a Clerk with the Michigan Secretary of State for over 20 years, retiring in 2000. Virginia enjoyed bowling, reading, and also enjoyed lapidary work, cutting and polishing stones.

She is survived by husband Jim, children Stacy (Jim) Flowers and Bill Brohn (Kelly Marciszewski), grandchildren Frederick Borath, Sean Flowers, and Kathryn Flowers, brother Harlan Hays, sister Donna Kekesis, and several nieces and nephews.
