Violet Hohl

HOHL, Violet Anna - Age 91, of Fenton, March 29, 2016. Private services will be held with burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Violet was born June 15, 1924 in New York City, the daughter of William and Segrid Wiechmann. She was married to Richard W. Hohl on February 20, 1960 in Cocoa Beach, FL. Surviving are: husband, Richard of Fenton; two sons, Kurt of Fenton, Michigan and William and wife Marilee; grandchildren, Emily Quin, Caroline Elizabeth and Christopher William of Marietta, Georgia. A life long teacher, she held several degrees from Seton Hall University, New York University and University of Wisconsin and retired from Flint City Schools in 1984.
