Victor L. SCOTT

Scott, Victor L., age 86, of Fenton, passed away Friday, January 2, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver LakeRoad, Fenton. Visitation will be Sunday 7-9 PM and Monday 2-5 and 7-9. Interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to American Red Cross. Victor was born in West Branch the son of Thomas and Wilhelmina (Buttleman)Scott. He retired from Fisher Body, Coldwater Road Plant in 1981 after 33 years. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Army, WWII serving in Africa, Italy and France. Victor was a member of the Curtis Wolverton V.F.W. Post #3243, D.A.V. and was active in many area senior citizens activities. He was also a member of the Fenton United Methodist Church. Surviving are; his wife Juanita, children Alan and wife Martha Scott of Columbiaville, Victoria and husband Kevin Ross of Crossville TN, LuAnne and husband James Haught of Garden City, Roy Victor Scott of Linden, James Arthur Rathbun of Eaton Rapids, many grandchildren, and several great grandchilren.
