PEACOCK, Victor M. - Age 85, of Flint formerly of Davison, died Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2008 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Burial immediately following at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. A masonic memorial service will be held at the funeral home 7:00 PM Monday held under the auspices of Linden Masonic Lodge #132 F & AM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzhiemers Association. Mr. Peacock was born September 13, 1923 in Weidman, the son of George and Dolly (Cisco) Peacock. He was a graduate of GMI. He retired from GM Metal Fab as a Tool and Die Maker. Mr. Peacock was a member of Linden Masonic Lodge #132 F & AM and UAW Local 659. He was a licensed Commercial Pilot. He enjoyed flying and fishing. Surviving are 3 children, Vickie and husband Nels Christensen of Swartz Creek, Craig Peacock of Flint, Chris Peacock of Flint; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Wanda and husband Bill Smith of Davison; sister-in-law, Gladys Peacock of Davison. several nieces and nephews.
