KIETZMAN, Victor Vernon, age 77, of Swartz Creek, died Saturday January 9, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 8497 W. Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Joyce Johnston officiating. Internment will follow at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be 5-8pm Tuesday and 11am-8pm Wednesday at the funeral home and 10am until time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family. Victor married Joann Kippe October 25, 1952 in Flint. Mr. Kietzman was born October 16, 1932 in flint the son of the late Vernon V. and Lenora (Peterson) Kietzman. He retired as a supervisor from A.C. Spark Plug with 34 years of service. Victor played the banjo with the Flint Banjo Club for many years and also enjoyed fishing and hunting. Surviving are his wife of 57 years Joanne of Swartz Creek; sons, Victor (Diane) of Chesaning, Michael (Carol) of Colorado, Mark (Susie) of Swartz Creek; daughter Candace (Dale) Hubble of Elsie; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother Dale (Linda) of Flushing; sister Joyce (Mike) Ingalls of Grayling, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
