Victor Csapo

Csapo, Victor Albert - Age 87, of Otisville, died March 19, 2022. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, March 25, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc (A live stream of the service will be available on Victor's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 4-8 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM until the time of the service.  Those desiring may make contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation.

Victor was born February 24, 1935 in Flint, the son of Pal' and Eula (Timko) Csapo. He was a 1953 graduate of Flint Northern High School; He also attended GMI Trades School. Victor married Patricia L. Grubbs on September 14, 1957 in Flint. He worked for General Motors AC Spark Plug as a Tool & Die Maker for 42 years before retiring in 1994. He was a former member of the Otisville Lions Club.  Victor enjoyed cutting fire wood, building and fixing things, making cedar strip canoes, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.  He also loved to travel and take Spontaneous adventures.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Patricia; children, Michael (Tami) Csapo of Fenton, Karen (Mike) Eickhoff of Grand Blanc, MaryAnn (Thomas) Sauer of Davison; 13 grandchildren, Joshua, Eric, Kayla, Daniel, Laura (Eren), David (Emily), James, Chris (Mila), Scott (Katie), Andrew (Amy), Eric (Alissa), Tyler (Lauren), and Emily; great grandchildren, Norah, Elliott, Calvin, Dorothea, and Audra; sister, Ann Ketner of Flint; sister-in-law,  Judy Csapo of Grand Blanc; and several nieces and nephews.

Victor is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Paul, Bill, Frank, and Eugene Csapo. The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff at Suncrest Medical Care Facility for the special care given to Victor. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
