Russell, Velma L. (Ethridge)- Age 95, of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Flint, died November 22, 2017. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Monday, November 27 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 10 AM until time of service. Private interment later at Sunset Hills Cemetery, Flint. Velma was born April 4, 1922 in Barry County, Missouri, the daughter of Walter and Annie (Nelson) Ethridge. She retired from Chevrolet Manufacturing with 32 years of service. She really loved her family. She was a very supportive mother and grandmother. Surviving are daughter, Margo (Randy) Richardson of Roscommon; granddaughter, Dr. Stacey Sensor (Jim Linnabary) of Melbourne, Florida; grandson, Shawn Sensor (Terrie Weber) of Houghton Lake; great-grandsons, James, Jake and Nate Linnabary; nephew Mark Etheridge; great- nephews Alex and Tony Etheridge; and Duke.
