Val Butts

BUTTS, Val - Age 69, of Fenton, died February 10, 2020. Services will be held 3 PM Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to McLaren Hospice. Val was born January 27, 1951 in Pontiac, the daughter of Joseph and June Schutz. She was a volunteer with the Fenton V.F.W. Auxiliary. Val loved playing bingo and bowling. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She is survived by her children, Angela (Kevin) Pontiff, Joanne (Otis III) Allen, Theresa (Deryk) Roberson, Tiffany (Vance) Huff and Jason (Melissa) Butts; nine grandchildren; brothers, Joe and Jim; sisters, Vanessa, Vianne, Vivian and Veronica.
