Tsuruyo -Sue- Christian

CHRISTIAN, Tsuruyo Sue  Age 85, of Flint, died Friday, October 7, 2005 at Brians House Hospice, Davison. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday, October 10, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-9 PM Saturday and 2-4 and 6-9 PM Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Brians House. Sue was born December 10, 1919 in Sendia, Japan, the daughter of Chunosuki and Connie Sato. She married Kenneth Arthur Christian on February 17, 1951 in Japan and he preceded her in death on January 26, 1992. Sue was a loving mother and grandmother that lived for her children and grandchildren. Surviving are: son, Myron Christian of Flushing; daughter, Betty and husband, Charles Bales of Flint; daughter-in-law, Kay Christian of Grand Blanc; seven grandchildren, Joanne, Bob, Vickie, Katie, Lisa, Jimmy, Traci, and Barbara; two great-grandchildren, Brianna and Devyn. She is also survived by: a brother and nieces and nephews living in Japan. Sue was also preceded in death by: son, Jim in 1997; daughter, Lucy in 1955.
