Travis Vincent BOXELL

BOXELL, Travis Vincent - age 31, of Swartz Creek, died suddenly of a heart attack December 11, 2010. Services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Dr. JD Landis officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-9 PM Monday and 12-9 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Travis Boxell Memorial Fund. Travis was born January 12, 1979 and was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed playing guitar and spending time with family and friends. Travis restored his grandfather's, International Harvest Tractor and had a love for "red" tractors. Surviving are: two children, Darianne Bruce and Gabriel Boxell; mother, Barbara Boxell of Swartz Creek; brother, Josh Boxell and fiance, Stephanie; nieces and nephews, Dakota, Kira, Makayla, Nellie; girlfriend, Josefin Wennberg; dogs, Carl and Duke; aunts and uncles, Judy (Jerry) Dudley, Jon (Tammy) Nelson, Janet (Ray) Chandler; many good friends including, Steve and Andy Bloss, Justin, Higgins, Dougie "lawn boy" Newsome, Ryan Keene, Tony Lauer, Eric Tozer, Andy and Dan Chandler, Curty Lanxton, Derek Allen, Dave Frasier and many other cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his special grandparents, Gaylord and Nellie Nelson; his aunt, Linda Anderson; his best friend, Jeremy Ward and Moose.
