Toni was born on October 6, 1951 in Flint, the daughter of William R. and Josephine (Bugis) Wilson. She retired from Ford Motor Company. Toni is survived by her parents; two sisters, Terri Harder of Howell, Tina Wilson of Chandler, AZ; brother, William Wilson Jr. of Chandler, AZ.
