Timothy was born July 31, 1962 in Flint, the son of James Leroy and Ethlyn Pearl (Beeson) Toney. He is survived by 3 siblings, Rick Toney, Teresa Bond, Debe (Robin) Polk; special niece Marie; several other nieces and nephews.
