Timothy Golden

GOLDEN, Timothy Edward- age 78, of Hartland, died Sunday, December 11, 2016. Services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, December 16 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1041 W. Grand River Ave., Howell. Those desiring may make contributions to Wellbridge of Fenton. Timothy was born January 31, 1938 in Howell, the son of Thomas Francis and Mary Elizabeth (Jacquay) Golden. Timothy was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving as a Green Beret in the 82nd Airborne. He married Karen Nurmikko on December 31, 1963 in Howell. Timothy retired as a Quality Control Engineer from General Motors. He was an avid Detroit sports fan. Timothy is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Brian (Michelle) Golden of WA, John Michael (Janet) Golden of IN., Denise Golden Kirshman of Fenton, Thomas Golden of Fenton, Timothy Golden II of Hartland; daughters-in-law, Melissa Golden and Tiffany Hyvonen; 22 grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Joseph Patrick (Debbie) Golden of Brighton; sister, Mary Anita Kalenick of New Boston; many nieces and nephews.
