Thomas "Doc" Abraham, D.P.M.

ABRAHAM, Thomas "Doc" L., D.P.M., - age 76, of Lake Fenton, died July 22, 2021 of pancreatic cancer. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM Monday, July 26, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM Sunday and 1:30 - 2:30 PM Monday at the funeral home. Tom was born July 6, 1945 in Detroit, the son of Stanley P. and Isabel (Rogers) Abraham. He married Ginny Cooley on August 8, 1970. Tom was a paratrooper / medic in the Army National Guard. He attended Michigan State University and graduated from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1974. He was a life member of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association (MPMA) and the Northeast Division Michigan Podiatric Medical Association. Tom was a podiatrist for over 30 years with practices in Fenton and Grand Blanc. He was a woodworker, hunter, trap shooter and coach. Surviving are: wife, Ginny of Lake Fenton; brother, Jim (Judy) Abraham of Kingman, AZ; brother-in-law, Fred Hall; nieces, Kim (Jeff) Gerber and Chris (Mike) Donnelly; nephews, Brent (Karla) Abraham and Brad (Joan) Abraham; many great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by: his parents; sister-in-law, Mary Lou Hall; and nephew, Brian Abraham.
