VIVIAN, Thomas Alfred - Age 72, of Fenton, died Friday, January 23, 2015. Per Tom's request, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Road, Fenton, MI 48430. Thomas was born January 22, 1943 in Flint the son of Arthur and Mary (Ham) Vivian. He was a 1964 graduate of Swartz Creek High School and received a Bachelor's of Science from Saginaw Valley State University. He Married Vicki Lynne Lawson September 5, 1964 in Swartz Creek. Thomas had worked for Dow Chemical for 30 years as a Research Chemist, he then work for the State of Michigan for the Department of Environmental Quality. He also taught Environmental Chemistry at Saginaw Valley State University. Surviving are: his wife of 50 years, Vicki; 3 sons, Scott and wife Diane Vivian of Tampa, FL, Timothy and wife Claudia Vivian of Haslett, and Jeffrey Vivian of Haslett; 2 grandchildren, Oscar and Andery; and brother, Terry Vivian of Lennon.
