INCH, Thomas P. - age 87, of Linden, passed into eternal life on Tuesday, July 25, 2006. Beloved father of: Janeen (Inch) Houston, Christopher (Pamela), Douglas, Howard (Donna), Timothy (Judy), Claude (Christine) and Dennis and Sandra (Inch) Kusza, who preceded him in death. He was a special uncle to nieces and nephews of the Bulger family; grandfather of 15; great-grandfather of 7. He was born in 1918 in Detroit and served in the Navy in WWII. Thomas raised his family in Redford Twp. and was active at St. Agatha's while working for Michigan Bell and lived in Linden for the past 35 years. He was extremely dedicated to the Boy Scouts of America. He was also a member and benefactor to many other organizations including the VFW, Mott Community College, local Senior Centers and Churches. He especially loved music, dancing, and traveling. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 AM Thursday, July 27, 2006 at the chapel of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. with Rev. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held 3-8 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden where a prayer service will be held at 7 PM.
