MILLER, Thomas "Tom" George - Age 81, of Flint, died Saturday November 14, 2020. A private family service will be held at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd. Grand Blanc. Pastor Paul Ytterock officiating. Entombment to follow in Crestwood Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to First Presbyterian Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital. Thomas was born February 22, 1939 in Flint, the son of John and Dorothy (LaClair) Miller. He married Lorraine Miller and after 31 years of marriage she preceded him in death on March 3, 2000. He then married Joyce G. Ethier in Flint on September 22, 2001. Tom graduated from St. Michaels Catholic School, Flint class of 1957. He retired from General Motors S.P.O. with 30 years of service. Tom was a member and volunteer in the kitchen at First Presbyterian Church of Flint. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and especially helping his neighbors and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Tom was a past member of Flint and Lapeer Elks Clubs. Surviving are wife, Joyce Miller of Flint; children, Christine (Steven) Kirby of Lexington, Kevin (Lisa) Grow of Northville, Keith (Leilani) Grow of Corunna, Kimberly (Alvin) Lutz of FL; special grandfather and papa to 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his granddaughter, Tracie Godin of Flint; and special friend, Terry Wheatley of Flint. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Khoulani and his staff for their devotion and care. Tom was also preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Miller.
