Thomas Eastin, Sr.

EASTIN, Thomas David, Sr. - age 88, of Fenton, died May 21, 2023. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430 with Chaplain Dwight Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Parkview Memorial Cemetery in Livonia. Visitation will be held 1 PM - 7 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Eastin was born April 24, 1935 in Detroit, the son of Ray R. and Mary M. (Poss) Eastin. He married Florence K. Peters. Thomas retired as a carpenter and was also a volunteer firefighter for West Bloomfield Fire Department for many years. Surviving are: wife of 69 years, Florence; three children, Barbara Marshall, Thomas Eastin, Jr. and Daniel (Vera) Eastin; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren, sister, Marcia (Jim) Waters; and many friends.
