Thomas David Debien

DEBIEN, Thomas David -- Age 49, of Gaines, died October 7, 2010 at University Hospital, Ann Arbor. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12 Noon Wednesday, October 13 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9450 Duffield Rd., Gaines, Fr. Francis George celebrant. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Visitation will be 10 AM - 12 Noon at the church on Wednesday where a rosary will be prayed at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to a college fund for Sydney and Spenser Debien, (c/o Lynnette Paro-Debien.) Thomas was born November 1, 1960 in Detroit the son of Leo T. and Mary (Whalen) Debien. He was raised in Grand Blanc and was a 1979 graduate of Luke M. Powers High School. He was a 1984 graduate of Ferris State College. He married Lynnette Rae Paro on October 8, 1988, He was employed by SAIC/Benham Corp in Walled Lake. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Surviving are: wife Lynnette Rae Paro-Debien of Gaines; two children, Sydney Rae Debien and Spenser David Debien; parents Mary and Leo Debien of Grand Blanc; siblings, Timothy J. Debien of Mt. Morris, Maureen A. Debien of Atlanta, GA, Paul W. and wife Kathy Debien of Spring Lake; parents-in-law, Cleo and John Paro of Kingsley; brother-in-law Brian Paro of Traverse City; niece and nephews, Sarah, Tanner, and Bradley Debien.
