Thomas Laco Browning

BROWNING, Thomas Laco -- Age 79, of Flint, died August 31, 2011 at his residence. Services will be held 1 PM Monday, September 5, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Browning was born March 21, 1932 in Philippe, WV, the son of Roy and Bessie (Hudkins) Browning. Mr. Browning served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Buick Motors. He was an avid Detroit Tigers fan and never missed a game. He enjoyed reading and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Surviving are: three children, Kevin Browning; Rebecca Parker; Roberta (Luis) Rodriguez; nine grandchildren, Graham, Melodi and Kelly Parker, Taylor and Jacob Browning, Logan, Stefan and Shaina Rodriguez; three great-grandchildren, Kira, Jamie and Sophie Parker; brother, Lee Browning; three sisters, Lucille Sinsel, Cricket Haddix and Jo Matlick. He was preceded in death by: wife, Pauline Browning; daughter, Rachelle Jackson; sister, Lovere Eisenhower; brother, Grant "Bud" Browning.
