JORY, Theron Gail -- Age 86, of Swartz Creek, died March 26, 2015. Services will be held 1 PM Thursday, April 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Wednesday, and 12-1 PM Thursday. Theron was born October 26, 1928 in Durand the son of Theron Walter Jory and Edna Evelyn (Wheeler) Jory. He married Shirley Bahr in 1952 in Angola IN. He was self employed in construction, primarily concrete work. Surviving are: wife of 62 years, Shirley; 5 children, Alan (Kristine) Jory of Gaines, Ruth (Larry) Wertenberger of Naylor, MO, Carol (Ron) Martin of Flint, Brian (Joyce) Jory of Tampa, FL, Paula Jory(Debbie Robinson) of Tampa FL; 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; brother, David (Greeta) Jory of Flint; several nieces and nephews.
