Theresa Kaye LaPOINTE

LaPOINTE, Theresa Kaye - Age 61, of Linden, died Sunday, April 25, 2010 at her residence. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St, Fenton, with Fr. David Harvey celebrating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until time of Mass Wednesday. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Salvation Army. Theresa was born October 9, 1948 in Detroit, the daughter of Archie and Agnes (LeMay) Finlan. She married Lawrence A. LaPointe February 28, 1970 in Marquette. She had been employed by Bank One and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are: husband, Lawrence; 2 children, Larry, Jr. and wife Kathryn LaPointe of Linden and Wendy LaPointe and fiance Bill Knudsen of Hancock; 3 grandchildren, Larry, Lauryn and Madison; 2 brothers, Archie Finlan of Houghton Lake and Timothy and wife Patricia Finlan of Newport Richie, FL; 2 sisters, Linda and husband John McNally and Leslie and husband Larry Falkiewicz both of Trenary; several nieces and nephews.
