Theresa was born February 13, 1961 in Flint, the daughter of John C. and Mavis Louise (Benson) Horn. Surviving are: former husband, Julius Deckard; children, Jeffery Pruett, Kelly (Richard) Green, Mark (Jan) Deckard; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
