Theodore Carl Hibbard

HIBBARD, Theodore Carl - Age 75, of Fenton, died Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at Genesys Hospice Care Center. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 6, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St. Linden. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Thursday, 12-3 & 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to Genesys Hospice. Theodore was born December 19, 1930 in Flint, the son of Arthur and Josephine (Makowski) Hibbard. Mr. Hibbard retired from GM Proving Grounds in 1988 with 37 years of service. Surviving are: wife Mary Jelsch-Hibbard; mother, Josephine Hibbard; children, Cynthia Jo Hibbard, Jeffrey Hibbard, Gerald Hibbard, John Hibbard; step-children, Mary and James Schmelzle, Jacqueline Zaiser, Christina and Christopher Neuville; 7 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; daughter, Julie Mace; step-daughter, Joanne Lamb.
