Tammy Lynn STRATTON

STRATTON, Tammy Lynn (LaPlaunt), age 53, of Grand Blanc, passed away Monday February 6, 2012 at Genesys Hospice of Goodrich. A memorial service will be held 12:00PM Saturday February 11, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Pastor Jerry Harms officiating. Visitation will be held 10:30AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in memory of Tammy. Tammy was born June 11, 1958 in Detroit, MI, the daughter of the late Betsy Zink and Sonny LaPlaunt. She married David Stratton in Ohio on November 22, 1996. Tammy enjoyed pets, kayaking and gardening. Surviving are; husband, David Stratton of Grand Blanc; aunt, Nancy Kimber of Grand Blanc; sister, Cherree (Mark) Rasmussen of IL; brother, James Coyle of Flint; brother, Douglas Byrd of Livonia; step father, Harold Zink of St. Clair Shores; step children Robert Stratton of Toledo, Laurie (Bill) Brixey of NC and Cynthia Stratton of Grand Blanc; grandson, Tyler Stratton; granddaughter Carly Brixey and many loving neices and nephews.
