Susan Smith

Smith, Susan Teresa - Age 60, of Grand Blanc, died January 27, 2022. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Monday, January 31 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd.,  Grand Blanc. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital. Susan was born July 20, 1961 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Burnell and Patricia (Harris) Ross. Susan was a 1979 graduate of Grand Blanc High School and then went on to earn her bachelor's degree at Michigan State University in Communication and Advertising. She married Daniel T. Goode in Flint on September 16, 2011. She had worked for the Mott Foundation in the children's Psychology department. Susan enjoyed traveling and truly enjoyed decorating her home. She is survived by her husband, Daniel; son, James Ross "Jim" Smith; sister-in-law, Linda Ross; nieces; great nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Diane Boegner; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Bonnie Draper, Norm W.
